Roland JC120 speakers / clean speakers

Does anybody know where you can buy the speakers used in a Roland JC 120? The big shiny ones? I can't seem to find any of them anywhere.

And in a related story - can anyone suggest a good speaker for undistorted cleans? I'm trying to build a very hi-fi cab - so I don't want the sort of speakers that have their own bizarre freq. response (ie I want something lin-e-ar). I heard that JBL makes some that are good.

For cheap, look on eBay for speakers removed from modelling amps like Line 6, etc.

Weber makes speakers that approximate old JBL and EV speakers - look at their "High Power" series.

The Celestion Classic Lead 80 is pretty clean due to its big magnet and high power rating.

I have a close relative, the G12H80, which was a custom design for some amp manufacturer. After the run was over, Avatar blew them out cheap. You might find them used on eBay.

The Weber Californias might work for you. They are not exact JBL clones but they are kind of on the same wavelength.
