RS Guitarworks capacitors

I'd like to change the electronics on my 92 Gibson SG Special (S.D. Super V - Gibson 490R). The pots for the bridge pickup have changed for two 500k push-pulls. I'm thinking the neck pickup has 300k pots and I will change them with RS 500k pots. I will change both capacitors but I can't decide between the modern (RS) and the vintage (Jensen) capacitors http://www.rsguitarworks.net/rsstore/index.php?cPath=45_67 Have you used them and how they affected your sound?

I'd like a more tight sound, especially on the neck pickup. The three upper strings are muddy on this pickup. I won't buy a set so I can take both capacitors but haven't seen anyone blending these caps.

Order a wiring upgrade from Matt (martin6stringcustoms), and save yourself some money.

RS stuff is overpriced for what it is.

Also, there is a thread on here that shows little to no difference between capacitors, so get some orange drops and be done.

Re: RS Guitarworks capacitors

I ordered one this week for my project I am working on. I'll report back after a while.
