RWRP or RP? Fender Showmaster wiring

i just need a quick sanity check.

anyone remember the Fender Showmasters?

HH with a five way switch. i can't recall: if i have a standard Full Shred in the bridge, does the neck pickup have to be reverse wound reverse polarity in order for the exotic 5-way switching to work? or is it just reverse polarity? (the bridge full shred isn't RWRP)

I bought a standard full shred neck and I had the thought of flipping the magnet but I wanted to ask first.

position 2 neck coils parallel

position 4 neck coils parallel plus bridge split

i dont think youd need to do anything. pos 4 wont be humcancelling cause you have an odd number of coils, but should be in phase

does anyone have the original orders from the 90s to verify against, or one of Seymour Duncan's wiring diagrams? not that i don't believe you but i really want to make sure before i do it.

in the 90s these came with 59 neck pickups, 4 wire.

so should reverse polarity be enough? i accidentally cited the wrong diagram, the ones with the special 5 way switch don't reveal what type of neck pickup
