Hey all,

Yesterday I received my new custom shop pickup: An S-Deco wound to 12k but with an alnico 8 magnet. I have tried an S-deco in a buddies les paul and i loved it. Tight like a screamin`demon but more PAFish....if that makes sense.

It is going into a PRS with a rosewood neck that i am having a tough time finding a pickup for. i am pretty pumped to try it!

I definitely will man. I have a screamin`demon with an A8 mag in another PRS singlecut that i absolutely love!

I will say this: my results with this guitar you will have to take with a grain of salt, as it sounds very different than guitars made with more common woods. Rosewood necked guitars tend to have big lows and low-mids....but they can get out of control on you.
