Beautiful. Love the tone. I'm considering the Satchurator myself. Gonna take my #1 guitar with me to the store and play it through the same amp I have so I know what it'll sound like in my rig.

What's your overall impression of it?

What's the setup for this clip? Pedal in front of a clean amp, used as an overdrive, something else? Sounds great!

A very expressive pedal...mine is on more all the time...
Low noise, clean build, good tones, play around with the toneknob, lots of range in that one, from warm to total rip your face off sounds...mostly I keep mine at 8-9-10...on darker amps depending on what sound I want, it might get more...
Very fluid to play with....very red
Hmm the setup was Satchurator, DD-2 delay(love that ones hazy yet clear repeats)...
POD on classic British with a 4x12 Greenbackcab...you now the drill...a 100 Plexitop emulation...have tried it on everything from one very unforgiving Hiwatt DR504, to an Engl Classic 50 head with a 4x10 cab, a Vox AC-30, HW AC-15 combo, Hiwatt DR201, various CM amps, my own amps as well, Carlsbro 100 head, SPAC-15 head with an AC-30 preamp, Fender 57 Twin amp RI....and a two Lionheart amps as well....this is one very good middle of the road distortionpedal...easily covers any of my needs for a leadtone...I am keeping mine!
Now I just need to get myself a few Maxons

Very cool.

My wife got me a distortion pedal for my b-day (an old DOD) but it's not something that I could use. She wasn't sure if it was any good or not but I praise her efforts. So, I'm returning it and using the credit towards something else. The candidates are the Rat, TS9, and the Satchurator when it comes to pedals. If the acoustic pickup I'm interested in isn't in stock, then I'll look at the pedals. If the Rat and TS9 don't cut it, then I'll just order the Satchurator. Taking my guitar with me to test drive the things too. I've watched several reviews of the Satchurator on Youtube and listened to your clip. Just from those, I'm impressed.

I've got an old DD-2 as well. Thought about selling it a couple times but I just can't. Great delay pedal.

Being the DS-1 fan that you are, I see you really liking it. Joe has been using it as his main distortion in to the clean channel of his amp.

I snagged one from eBay as well. I've always loved Satriani's lead tone, and his concert last night didn't help matters :laugh2:.
