SC sized HBer's...wiring?

Quick question. I'm going to install 3 Dimarzio PuPs into my H/S/S Cap...X2N, ANs, FTII. Do I wire them all as straight HBers ala this wiring diagram:

Or as Dimarzio calls them HS (humbuckers stacked?) ala this:

The only difference is that in the first diagram...all red wires go to the 5 way. In the second the bridge HB has red to ground...green to the 5 way. Not sure what that would accomplish?

The second one would be if you have a Virtual Vintage or HS model (HS-2, HS-3) in the neck/middle along with a regular humbucker in the bridge.

Go with the first one.

Yeah, go with the first one. I'm not sure why they have the colours as they do in the 2nd diagram, but dimarzios with 4 conductors have the red wire as hot, and green is ground.

Unless you're doing some fancy splitting/series/parallel shenanigans, the first diagram will do fine.
