Schecter Omen-6 Upgrade

Recently finished the setup on my Schecter, Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker, no tone, with kill switch as seen here...

While I'm quite happy with how this turned out and the logo faces the right way (same direction as the logo on the headstock), I only just realised that technically, the pickup is upside down when compared to the guitar I based my setup on.

Basically, I'm asking - will this matter?

However, if I did turn the pickup the 'right' way, the logos wouldn't match but more importantly, the wires would need to be folded underneath and I doubt that would be good for the wiring in the long run.

How does it sound? If it sounds fine, I wouldn't worry about it.

If the inside of the pickup is how I imagine it to be (two magnets side by side like a passive humbucker), then I guess it makes no difference. I'm just used to seeing the dots, which I believe are magnets in sequence to act upon specific strings. Plus this left-handed nonsense always makes me second-guess everything.

A regular humbucker has one bar magnet under both rows of pole pieces.
