Schematic help

Hey guys.
Can anyone tell me if this is the correct wiring schematic for a HSS to have these regular switching options?

1-neck
2-neck/mid
3-middle
4-middle/bridge
5-bridge humbucker?

I'm looking for the basic strat type HSS wiring switching. And instead of having a tone pot for the middle single coil, I wanted it to work with the bridge humbucker, which i believe just involves moving one wire?

If this is not the correct schematic, can someone point me in the right direction?

Sorta. That link just goes to the schematic entry page. Here's the one you want:

Take the darker gray wire thats on the right-hand side of the switch, and move it up one lug to the unused lug. That will give a tone control in all positions except when the middle is selected by itself. There are other variations you could do also.
