I've honestly never even heard of an Acoustic Exciter.. definately post a review. I'm pretty curious.

They also make a Guitar Xciter and a Bass Xciter. And they now have a Punch Factory compressor. Seems to be an attempt to put the Aural Enhancer into a pedal format. Worth a try for the price, so I'm trying it.
