Screws for p90 mounting?

So I just got a Tele with a P90 in the neck (I think it's a Benson). It's a little too close to the strings, but I can't lower it (or remove it) because the mounting screws are stripped. Can you get replacement screws?

How could you possibly strip the mounting screws. They are wood screws right?

Unless you meant that the "head" was stripped.

Yes, it was the head that's stripped. It was late and I wasn't clear.
