I'm considering installing a Fender Nocaster pu in the neck position of my Strat and using an APS-2 (non-RWRP) in the middle. Will there be any phase/polarity issues I should worry about? I don't need hum-cancelling.
Re: SD APS-2 + Fender Nocaster neck pu -- will it work?
Bump
If anyone knows the Nocaster neck pu, can I just connect as per the schematics (white hot, black ground) when combining it with Seymour Duncan pickups? Or do I need to switch the wires around?

In the event that the conductors need connecting in reverse, you must also rejig the jumper wire to the metal pickup cover.
If you are going to go to that much trouble, you might as well give the cover its own discreet ground cable. This would then permit series interconnection of coils if required.
