SD LITTLE 59 BRIDGE and an old 70's FENDER NECK SC ideas??

Hi all~ I have these 2 pups lying around and might try making a 2 p/u setup out of them. The only catch so far is the combo of the Fender sc, with the opposite colored wires from SD,,,,, I took it out of a different pickguard that had a SD SSL2 rw/rp in the middle, and if i didn't wire the Fender out of phase, I was stuck with hum in the #4 position. With not having a middle p/u to deal with, could I expect noise free operation when mixed with the Little 59 (i understand that the neck by itself will hum), in a 3-way switch setup & doing an auto-coil split setup? I want a 1-vol, 1-tone, 3-way switch, auto split, and tone only on the bridge. The neck by itself shouldn't be an issue, but will there still be any kind of hum issue when auto-tapped with the bridge, or am I better off leaving the bridge full on in the #2 position? I would love it if someone could furnish me with a diagram for this seemingly simple setup. Many thanks from this newbie!!
