Hi guys, first post.

Just bought a Seymour Duncan Twin Tube classic from the states to the UK(where I am). It was new and obviously had the american power supply with it. Using some transformers and US to UK power it didn't even work on the pedal. With trying other independent power supplies it lit up and looked as if it was working but there was no sound whatsoever only through bypass mode and none of the nobs on the guitar pedal made any difference to the sound. Do I need to buy the official Seymour Duncan UK power supply which is so hard to find or is there another underlying problem. Like I said it's supposed to be completely new and came in new packaging ect.

Many Thanks

James

50 Hz, maybe? Does it matter for those pedals?
