Searched, not found. stupid, simple wiring question

So: Strat, HSS, 5 position switch. no funny business. this is embarrassing.
Before I go and make a mess: Duncan HBucker bridge. black=hot. green, bare, wire =ground. red -white together. Leave Duncan as is, no mag flip. Add 2 Fender 57/62 single coils with the Duncan. White in both fenders is now ground, black in both fenders is now hot. (no reverse wound middle at all) Yes?
This is beginner, but I've forgotten and can't find it anywhere, especially in the Duncan Help areas. or online. very frustrating.

Are you splitting the HB? If not then you're good to go.

If so, you could still be good to go if you don't care about hum when combining with the single coil. If you do care about hum then you'll probably be OK splitting to the slug coil, but should verify the magnetic polarity is correct before going any further.

Thanks Gregory.
No splitting, don't care bout hum, don't know how to check magnetic polarity and have never done so.
As long as I don't get that awful nasal Peter Green (no offense) sound with the 2 and 4 positions, sounds like I am ready to go.
Thank you again, I'm off to the races. I am using a Twangbanger in another set but the white is hot as they (hum bucker and TBanger ) are both Duncan!

In case you ever need to know or for others reading, polarity can be determined either with a compass or putting one pickup next to the other. One coil will need to be north and the other south for there to be hum cancellation when they are in phase with each other. The tops of the two coils will attract when this is the case.
