The economy is tanked. Im at an alltime low. My disposable income is now , like so many others, not disposable at all if you catch my drift.
Soo, Being as how Im a gear slut( I mean, i dont posses half half the dignity of a gear-ho), sell me something I cannot freakin resist ( like an ummm 700 dollar les paul Standard for example).
Sell it to me. Sell it to me NOW, and sell it to me CHEAP.
Youll be the one laughing when cash is more rare than a 18 year old virgin.

How about an ugly green Sovtek Big Muff. Dusty and hasn't been used in several years, but I could be persuaded to plug it in and see if it still works.

You wanna buy my CIJ 57 RI strat? I've been delaying putting it on the bay b/c I doubt I could get my money back. I'll even drive out and hang with ya Jerry, but no funny business.

^No, Im not ghey. I may be weird, but i dont think anyone thinks im funny! lol. Actually, I might be interested in that cIJ. Right now Ive got an old near mint casio that sounds about as close to a vintage strat that youll get prolly, this side of a Custom shop or someone who knows what the hell they are doing g makeing Strats. ( that said t sounds nowher near as beautiuful as my friend original 58. Guys ..get real..our Strats are wonderful and we love them, and they absolutly MUST have Duncan in them to avoid being total turds.... but ahem* they aint no 30,000 vinatge sounding original guitar and if you think they might be i"m here to say I think your sadly mistaken.

BUT..Tell me more on that CIJ. I might sell my Casio( i dont need the midi stuff) if i can get that old vintage vibe just the same off the re-ish.
In fact, if I can tarde you some cash and that Westone Elektar it might work out for both of us.

There's pics in the above thread. It's a 2007 I believe and the original owner upgraded the electronics to american along with shielding the pup cavity. It's pretty quiet for a sc axe and definitely has a more vintage sound. It needs a good setup and someone who'll play the crap outta it. I bought it on a Hendrix/SRV kick only to find out vintage style strats aren't really my bag. The only issue it has is the second tone pot doesn't work, probly came disconnected when I pulled the guard last, I'm just lazy and don't wanna mess with it.

Update on the Big Muff: it's got busted solder joints on both the input and output jacks, there's some sort of corrosion on various components (especially the pots) and seems to have been a home for some web weaving creature in the past.

This is a joke but if you still want to send cash then PM asap. My worthless mojo for your worthless cash you have lying around. I could go for the whole sympathy thing like saying it is only 63¢ a day to feed a starving child in Africa, but I won't. You all have worthless cash hanging around collecting dust and lint, I will gladly take it off your hands for my mojo and I have plenty of it to go around. :D Don't all PM me at once though, thank you.

Iv'e got a Gretsch Rev Horton Heat sig model that I can bring with me tomorrow to San Antonio. Cheap, it's not. $2K.

I'd sure love to have that Gretsch. Too rich for my blood though, but a great price on a great guitar. I should nuke this thread I got into a feeding frenzy after I got the Les Paul.
I don't need to be spending money now.
