ok, I mentioned my project in another thread but that's taken a bit of a different turn and I need to acquire a new basis, namely a new neck and body. This is your chance to sell Slade your body!!! :laugh2:

Shot in the dark, but does anyone have a Duo Sonic, Musicmaster, or Mustang body from '64 or above?

And a 24" scale, (preferably B width) neck to go with it?

I'd also be interested in whole guitars.

I'd also be interested in Jaguar/Jazzmaster parts

Actually i have got the whole guitar. It was my dads and he got it when he was a kid and never played it. We found it in the case the other day. Wow what marvelous treasure

Well i mean besides 2 chips on the side from the case and a few age hairline cracks the condition is better than some of the guitars at guitar center. So idk if thats to good for you or not.

Yeah. As I told him, I've seen em go for 2K or more in the condition he describes it.

The funny thing is my dad said before he bought the mustang he had a les paul. But it had a paint flaw in it and when he went to go take it back they said the mustang was better. So he got that instead. Which is very interesting haha.

Wow... that's a beautiful neck... I'd almost buy it just for that :laugh2:

I'm afraid it isn't quite to my taste either. I'd have to fill in too many holes and route too many more (I want a vintage Jazz trem, and pickups) and there's something about me that just couldn't do that to an axe already that nice.

nice 57 chevy in the background too :D
