I bought a Crate Power Block at GC on sale for like 70 bucks. I haven't used it till yesterday (bought it 1-7-07, over the 30 day return period.) Plugged it in and turned it on, and ........... nothing. The front led turns on and off, then on and off. It does this until power switch turned off. My intention was to use this to power line 6 products through the rca cd inputs. Mainly a line 6 port. the sound is starting to suck going through the comps speakers. Anyway called customer service, and had well over a 30 min wait on the phone. I just gave up and left a message. I get the feeling that this is what I get for buying a "cheap" product. No offense to any crate owners. there is a "Warranty Advance Replacment" request form. Here is a link, read the bottom, or last part.

would you do this, keeping in mind that if they mess up anything on the recieving end of things when I send the unit back, I will get billed, and sent to collections if not paid in a timely manner? I would send the unit certified of course, but still. Am I being a little unreasonable in my sceptacism. I am sorry I feel that 99% of the time most companies could give less than a d*mn once the product is sold.
