Series Mod for Stratocaster, getting a thin sound

I just did a series mod for my Strat and I'm getting a thin sound with all the mod tones, stock tones are functioning perfect. I have a stock pup in the neck, a lil'59 in the middle and an Alnico 2 Pro in the bridge.

What do I have to do to get the fat tone for the mod settings??? The stock tones are fatter than them-lol :smack:
Switch the hot and ground for bridge?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the humbucker output cable four-conductor + shield type?

Yeah, red, white, black, green and bare.
I have the green and bare tied together as ground, the black as hot and the red+white tied off and shielded with shrink tape.
I actually just switched the hot and ground for the neck pup and am going to test that, but it's an inappropriate hour to do it now.-lol
I tested at low volume and it seems to have done the trick, except now the neck seems thin, can't tell at this volume though for sure.
