hey guys
ive got an opportunity to get a sethlover for cheap!

BUT

its a bridge model and im only looking for somthing to replace my 486r(not sure if tahts the right model no) in my gibson V.

Currently, ive got a C5 in the bridge and im wanting your opinions on how a seth lover (B) would sound in combination?

is there that much noticable difference between the neck and the bridge seth models?

thanks in advance

wow sounds promising ;)

do u think i would lose anything in the fact that it is a bridge model?

also, i was really consideringa PGn to go with the C5, but since this option for a Seth(B) has arisen, i was hoping anyone could tell me the differences in what i would ultimatley face?

thanks for the quick responses too guys!

I wouldn't worry over putting a bridge model in the neck or vice versa. Currently I have a Phat Cat bridge model in the neck of my tele and an A2Pro neck in the bridge, and it sounds fine.

Depends what you're looking for. I had a C5 in the bridge of my Hamer Studio Custom and a Seth Lover neck. I felt that the C5 overpowered the Seth in this particular guitar so I tried a Seth B as the neck pickup. The tone was darker and less clear than the Seth N so I put the Seth N back in. If was looking for real clarity when I played chords, especially jazzy chords, and the Seth N did that much, much better. Lew
