Seth Lover over A2P with cover?

Hi, considering replacing the A2P with cover in the neck of a Les Paul with a Seth Lover neck. Would they sound very similar, or are they not that similar. By comparison I've used the Gibson '57 Classics and the A2P in the same ES135 guitar. Would the '57 be a similar sounding pickup to the Seth. I guess I want a smooth open sound that can be clean and Jazzy, as well as a little snappy and bluesy with some overdrive. Also considering the Lindy Fralin PAF. I don't think I could go wrong with that one either.

I'm overwhelmed by the number of replies. I have just ordered a Seth Lover model after reading the reviews on Harmony Central. I will throw it in and see how it sounds.
