setup advice

Hi, as you've possibly read in another thread, i am intended on putting new pickups in my guitar. Pearly Gates(possibly Plus) in thebridge, Jb Jr in the middle and Little 59 in the neck, i also have replacement pots, 500k push-pull and 250k push pull. my first question is do you think these are the write size of pots for the volume and tone pots? and my second is nay advice as to what wya you think i should coil split or otherwise to the push-pull parts of the pots. With the 5-way selector in my guitar and the pots i should be able to have 7different sounds, thanks
