Hello there! You might recognize me from my previous thread. After dealing with pickup issues for a year, Seymour Duncan sent me brand-new replacements to ensure I wasn't left in a difficult spot. To be honest, I never expected them to do this; I’m both shocked and thrilled. Despite the intercontinental distance, Seymour Duncan proved they always prioritize their customers.
Throughout this process, I owe a debt of gratitude to Seymour Duncan and Mr. Kavi (Faruk Kavi) from Zuhal Music in Turkey. Once the pickups arrived in Turkey, I stayed in touch with Mr. Kavi, who personally oversaw the entire process. I want to thank Seymour Duncan again, as well as you fellow forum members for your contributions. Seymour Duncan is number one in both pickups and customer satisfaction!
