Seymour Duncan Pickup Covers

I'm looking for 3 White Single Coil Seymour Duncan "logo" pickup covers. Anyone know where I can get them? All of the ones I've found so far are the AllParts which obviously don't have the SD logo on it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
