Seymour Duncan rewind

I have an old Gibson pickup from a 1986 Les Paul Custom-how much would it cost to have SD rewind the pickup to EVH ('78) specs, and change the magnet assuming the stock magnet is wrong?

They can turn that PU into a '78 model for about $85.00 + shipping. Right now, you are looking at 12-16 weeks for turn-around (regardless of what anyone else tells you).
