Seymour Duncan Super Custom (SH5 + ?)

I used a very big Ceramic magnet with a SH5 Custom (thanks to 9fingers) and I gained a bit of balls, without losing any clarity or typical Custom sound. If anyone wants to try, I guess it's a worthy mod Enjoy.

I tried it a couple of months ago. It's very ballsy and tight, but I felt the low gain OD tones suffered a bit.

There was a touch too much sizzle in the high end. When really cranking though, it's a fantastic pickup.

I haven't needed to tame anything so far, and the pickup is in a maple neck through guitar Some people say the Custom is very bright but I haven't yet noticed to be honest... I really dig it like this.
