BUT IT HAS NO NECK!! So I need some help if you can
So it's a loaded SG bass body reds some TLC FORSURE SO DO I NEED A 30" scale neck?or 30.25"?
Any buddy have any ideas how I can put a shorter guitar style neck on this bass body with it staying in tune? IMG_3512.JPGIMG_3513.JPGIMG_3515.JPG

Have you checked around for used necks? I would have to think cheaper than a new Warmoth one.

Yeah I'm looking for a bass vi style I guess unless I can use a 24 fret guitar neck I assume the pocket wouldn't fit but should I get a short scale bass neckand re drill some holes to fit 2 extra tuners? I dunno i know it's. It go. A be a guitar at all it mostly like a differ for doom metal or heavy dbeat punk not a shred machine just to get some heavy riffs going

I actually just built a Bass 6 neck on Warmoth for $250. If you go with Roasted maple you don't have to have a finish on it to still get the warranty which cuts down on the costs there. I'd say to save up the money and then buy what you want, not what'll get there right now.
