SH-14 custom 5

Hi, I had the custom 5 installed in a guitar based on the EVH Wolfgang but made with Warmoth parts. It had it wired up for series/parallel too but I can barely hear any treble coming out of it. According to the EQ the treble should be the most dominant part. Is it most likely to be the pickup or the wiring causing the issue please?

im guessing its the wiring. the c5 should have plenty of treble and bass. clear, close up pics of the wiring should help us diagnose the issue. master volume, master tone? does it seem like the series/parallel switch works? i assume there is a neck pup as well? does it sound normal?

Welcome to the forum. What they said. I Custom 5 should not be missing bass or treble. That's where it shines. People are more likely to complain of it missing mids.

Hi, thank you for your response. It's got a neck pickup too and they both are wired up for series wiring. I've attached a couple of close up photos.
