I need a single coil for a humbucker route. Have you guys ever tried a sh-3 in the neck position? I'm interested in its single coil sound. I'm between this or the 59n (well it's not sc but I love its sound) to match with an Alt8 for heavy/epic/power metal. I use neck pickup for clean intros or solos.
