SH-8... Please I Need Help!

I need some help before buyin' two SH-8,

1. Is it possible to have the SH-8 (neck & bridge) white?
2. Is it possible to mount the two SH-8 in parallel? Is it a benefit or not for a Punk Rock sound?

1. Yes I think you can get them in white maybe. At least that japanese custom guitar site has invaders in white haha! Of course they spelled it like invator or something.
2. You can mount the two if I understand what your saying... and Im not entirely sure if i do..... And for punk rock it is a benefit, you may not be considering blink 182 but he used to have an Invader in his strat before he switched to the dirty fingers in his gibson signature model.

Stay away from parallel wiring. The Invader is flamethrower hot, and parallel wiring will totally defeat that.

If you want lower output, go for a different pickup.

Ehm, standard wiring for 2 humbuckers IS parallel when both are on..... or do you mean something different?

The invader= The punk rock pickup! The gain you get out of this is ridiculous and it's really thick. It's much nicer than some punk rock sounds (crappy dist and stuff), but this is THE pickup for it. 1 Power Chord through this is bloody amazing:smokin: .

I have this pickup in white and the big oxide cap screws are black. It's really rad since it totally matches my black strat (with pearl white pickguard). Later.
