Shielding job ?

I need advice about the guitar that i'll be soon take to service luther man.
It's Vintage VS6 SG. the problem is... the stock wilkinson mwvc pickups starts beeping when the gain is more incrased. they are good for classic rock, hard rock, and maybe early heavy metal, but beyond this to some thrash they starts beeping. i notice that first time with Roland Cube, and than later with Blackstar HT-5 Combo. it's the same limit... so i got these SH6 Distortion for bridge and SH2 Jazz for neck, from Seymour Duncan. the luthier will install them in that guitar. so, the question is, will it be the same with new pickups, or should i tell luthier to shield some of the guitar parts... there are no noticable shields inside nowhere in guitar so what do you think, to shield, or not, and which parts ? i have NS-2, but i don't wanna use it anytime, just to play high gain stuff...

For humbuckers, shielding the control cavity will be enough.

After that, just make certain the bridge ground wire is attached to the circuit and all of the pots and pups are grounded.
