shipping used by custom shop

Hello what kind of shipping does custom shop use to ship its pickups overseas (Italy)?

Because they send me a set of pickups on October 28, but they didn't arrive yet
I just want to know what kind of shipping service (maybe UPS or Fedex?) they used. I've sent email at the custom shop twice but they didn't answer me :22:

i dont know who they use to ship, i think ups but i could be wrong

I got mine via UPS .. about 6 mo.s ago ... FWIW

all my stuff has always come UPS...welcome to the board buddy.

You forgot one very important thing...WHAT PICKUPS DID YOU GET??? :laugh2:

Hello, thanks at all for helping, I'll contact UPS in any case.
I choose a set of Jimmy Page Pickups, but as I've already written, they didn't arrive yet!!!

Call MJ in the Custom Shop and get a tracking number or just find out if they've shipped yet. Welcome to the board.

Scott, They have shipped them on october the 28th.

I have concluded all the operation via email, (information about, purchase order and payment with credit card #) and now I've just asked information on what kind of shipping they did, but no signs of life. They read my email but They don't answer.
I hope it solves in the best mode
