Thanks so much for the kind words. The track was recorded using my early 1970's Black Gibson Les Paul Custom, my first real guitar I purchased, new as a 13 old kid. I remember it cost me $529 new at that time... mucho dinero! ...now a new one will set you back about $3400. I used an Xotic RC Booster into the amp, a HW 59 Marshall Superlead 100 watt reissue with a David Bray mod 1... into a Marshall 4x12 cab with vintage Celestion 30's. I recorded using SM57 mic into a Presonus Firepod and finally Logic 7.1.
That Marshall/ Lester combo is hard to beat!
