SIGNAL CHAIN QUESTION

Ok I don't have a lot of pedals all I have so far is a MXR Carbon Copy, a TC Electronic Corona Chorus, and an Electro Harmonics LPB-1 boost pedal, and I have all of this running through my effects loop. the signal chain is as listed above. I also have a Dunlop Crybaby that I place in front of the amp. I guess my question is I am looking at getting a BBE Sonic Stomp here pretty soon, and I was wondering if it should go before the modulation effects or after the modulation but before the booster pedal? I am also looking to get a nice power supply I used to have a DC brick and it was noisy the outputs are no isolated and I found out they are not filtered at all, so know im back to using batteries to cut out noise. I was looking at the BBE supa charger. Anyone have any experience with this power supply?

Re: SIGNAL CHAIN QUESTION

Booster pedal goes after everything but the delay. I like the distortion in front of the modulation. If you distort the chorus it sounds weird to me. The delay should be the last thing in the chain, because you don't want to boost the delay, but you want to add delay to everything else.

I don't really know much about the Supa-charger other than it seems like a decent supply. Roughly the same price as the Voodoo Labs supplies and with more outputs it's worth it.

Re: SIGNAL CHAIN QUESTION

Put the Sonic Stomp as far to the end of line as possible. In the loop, after the last pedal.

Re: SIGNAL CHAIN QUESTION

Definitely put delay after everything else. You will lose some of the trails at the end, and in my experience, they delays will run into each other, rather than having a crisp beginning and end to each replay.
