Silverface Fender Champ retube? Help troubleshooting please

So my girlfriend's dad left his old silverchamp at our house (he lived here before us). I got around to messing with it and it's not working right. The power light doesn't come on. The tubes glow very dimly. The volume knob is loose and a bit scratchy. There is a low but noticeable hum when it gets warmed up. When I plug in my guitar into channel 1 with all the knobs maxed out, I can get a very low amount of sound to come out when using my bridge humbucker. The neck or middle single coils nothing. Channel two I get no sound. I'm thinking maybe it's the tubes, but I haven't messed with a tube amp in years since I've just recently gotten back into playing guitar. Is this just an issue of needing a retube?

probably just tubes and a new power light globe.
Tubes have a lot in common with light globes actually.
Change the light globes before you call the electrician to get your house rewired when it goes dark.

Tubes and caps probably.
By the looks of it, that amp has been sitting for a Long Time.
Jacks probably need cleaning......and those spade connectors on the speaker, make sure those are actually conducting.
