See the terminal on the volume pot that the tone control and also the output of the switch are both soldered to? Unsolder the connection that goes to the tone control, replace that wire with a wire long enough to solder it to same terminal on the 3 way switch as the neck pickup is soldered to. Lew
That would work assuming you wanted the tone control to also work with the switch in the middle position.
I assumed neck pickup position only without the middle with this diagram.
EDIT: if you wanted bridge pickup only switch the red wire that leads to the tone control to the empty lug on the other side of the switch.
Heh, now I'm getting confused. What I was after was bridge pickup's tone control fully bypassed in every switch position and neck pickup's tone control usable in every switch position. So bridge's tone always maxed out. :eyecrazy:
Yeah...I think so! That way the tone control is connected to the neck pickup and disconnected from the bridge pickup...although when the pickups are combined the tone control will probably roll off treble from both pickups.
