I've made a few pop screens in my time, but this one has to be the smallest, and quickest to make.

You just take a pringles can, cut it off at the top about an inch or so, take some material (pantyhose/cheese cloth/polishing cloth thing with lots of holes in it) and attach it to the can top with a rubber band. The same rubber band holds it to a dowel, which is attached to the mic with a strip of Velcro.



I guess you could go simpler if you just wore pantyhose over your head. I think jerry has tried that before.

That is a CLASSIC recording hack; well done!
Your pop filter looks REALLY far from the mic ...

Another trick I like is to tape a pencil across the middle of the microphone diaphragm.
