Hey there, I have a technical question..If I want to change string gauge on my guitar (11/54 to 10/46)...what I need to do ?..(harmonic..tremolo..etc) I have a Fender strat + with a trem.

You'll need to adjust the action and the intonation at the bridge. I'm not going to explain how to do these things here ... it's been covered elsewhere.

Adjust these things,

Truss rod,
Action,
trem springs,
intonation,

Basically, the whole guitar needs a setup after a different guage (or sometimes different brand but same guage) string change.
