Single coil in HSH w/ 1M pots and DiMarzio Super Distortions recommendation

I've got a Fender Heartfield Talon I I'm putting DiMarzio Super Distortions in, both bridge and neck. I went with 1 meg pots since they aren't known to have a lot of highs to begin with, but now I'm perplexed on what might match up in the middle. I've got a 5 way switch, 1 volume, 1 tone, and 1 beer.

Any suggestions?

What do you want out of positions 2, 3 and 4?

If you go with a vintage output middle, put a 330k resistor in parallel with the pickup. This will increase the load from 1M to 250k when the middle coil is active.

If you don't want a big drop in volume, get a DiMarzio ISCV2 and change the resistor to 1M.

The ISCV2 sounds perfect. Hot enough to keep up, contrasting sound to the other positions. I'll go with that.

As a follow up the ISCV2 was a great suggestion. 1M pots was a bad idea on my part, I have a linear taper on the tone and audio on the volume. The tone is always cranked down to 0-10%. I have it set up for Neck, Neck-Middle, Middle, Middle-Single Coil Bridge, Humbucker Bridge on the 5 way and it's a very versatile setup.
