I want to put a hot rails in the neck of my hh jackson soloist but I've been seeing mixed things about the allparts mounting plate fitting. Has anyone else done this and if so where should I go to get the part?

The fitting on the GFS are iffy at best. I bought an identical set of the angled adapters, the slot for the pickup on one was about 1/16" to small to fit the pickup.

That's hard to believe that it could be so far off. I can't imagine any manufacturer making a product that is bound not to fit its intended purpose.

I don't blame GFS, this is one of the few and far between issues that I've had with them, and they've always done their best to rectify it. GFS has been known to switch suppliers and buy out warehouses fairly often, so their supply might have some issues here and there now and then.
