Single coil neck, humbucker bridge, strat 5-way switch options with series/parallel

I have a Jazzmaster with a humbucker in the bridge and a standard style neck pickup. Is there a way to wire up a strat 5-way switch for:

neck
neck+ one coil of the bridge in parallel
neck+bridge one coil of the bridge in series
both coils in the bridge parallel
both coils in the bridge, series

Would I need a superswitch?

You can't do this with a regular switch, I don't think. A Super Switch should be able to do it.

Normally "yes" but since your guitar is a Jazzzmaster and hence your guitar has 3 two-way switches that other guitars do not have... the answer is "it depends"... i.e. are you interested in re-purposing any of those 2-way switches from what they currrently do to what you want to do?
