I have a fairly old strat copy, most likely from japan. I have opted to go for a Little 59 for the neck and a JB jr for the bridge, with no middle pickup. However, due to the slightly different shape of the body, I can't simply swap the pickguard (although I'd like to keep the original anyway), so I need to stick a crap pickup in the middle position to fill in the space. I intend to wire it up as a dummy coil, however, I need a cover for it. I am looking for covers that do not have holes for the pole pieces (as they have already been removed). I am buying the duncan's in cream, but I'm not sure where I might find a cover like that in cream, that will actually match the shade duncan uses... I know cream tends to vary quite a lot on pickup covers and bobbins
