Single Coils for a new custom build

Hey Guys,

I know i haven't been around for a while, but i'm finishing up 2 projects and am about to outfit a third - so i come to the experts with a question.

I'm finishing up the prototype for a new model - its my take on a strat/tele -similar to those old prs-eg's from a while ago.
anyway, its alder body maple neck bolt-IN version of my double cutaway design only with a flat top and a pickgaurd.

I remember seeing somewhere on the internet a manufacturer who makes singlecoil pickups that have 2 different impedences so you can get 2 voices out of em. anyone remember who this is?
i'm looking for something a little different than standard singlecoils.
to set the guitar apart.

Are you talking about tapped singles?

Duncan makes the hot and Custom in tapped, I believe.

imaybe - more like it was a p-90 and then tapped to a singlecoil
i think the brostrat90 comes to mind but it wasn't a pickup from duncan
how were the reviews of teh brostrat90 btw?
