The only 'bucker I know of that sounds like a single is the DiMarzio Humbucker from Hell.

Out of Duncan buckers, the stag mag would be the winner. It is pretty much two single coils mounted together. If I remember correctly, it has rod magnets like a single does also.
I tried the humbucker from hell and I only thought it sounded sterile and lifeless to me. It didnt remind me of a single at all.

There aren't any. But the Pearly Gates and A2Pro are both described by users as having a bit of a single coil vibe mixed in with the traditional humbucker type tone.

What you could also do is, run the neck bucker in parallel or split. That will give you even more of a single coil vibe
