SM2 Custom minihumbucker + Fender Texas Special bridge + 5 way ?

Anyone know the connections/wiring for a set up of a Seymour Duncan SM2 Custom minihumbucker neck + Fender Texas Special Tele bridge + 5 way ?

I also need advice on whether to use 500k or 250k pots and what rating capacitor to include.

I'm hoping to acheive switching which will give me:

full output neck
full output neck and bridge
bridge
split neck and bridge
split neck

Try this:

1 - green wire from neck
2 - bridge hot
3 - red/white from neck

Fender tends to be top south so using the SD green as hot should get the polarity correct. Connecting the red/white to hot with the pickup wired green hot will leave the north coil hot, again giving you correct polarity.

As long as your mini HB is 4 conductor you can make it work.
