Heard about how phenomenal they were so i looked into a set for my strat. Bought an original nickel ME+, .11-.48 pack. Looked around the site, theres some great articles about how strings have changed and how they've played a part in the greatest music since guitar became popular. Just tons of information.

Anyway, he knows how to make some strings! :headbang: I put em on earlier yesterday and the tone is amazing. Like night and day difference between my old Ernie Balls. Theyre bright and sweet at the same time. Have a kind of jangly sound for strumming but are still really warm and smooth for lead and whatnot. Great diversity in the tone just due to how you want them to sound, how you pick etc. Chords blend magnificently better but still have individual note clarity. Hard to describe but sounds like a guitar should.
Theyre supposed to last and keep their tone for the entire life of the string, not how most strings mellow after a few days of playtime and well its still only the second day so we'll say how it turns out.
But Is there anyone else out there thats used/is using these? What was your take?
