I was looking through an online catalog & was reading the Carl Martin section & stumbled upon this beast.

Are the 4 fx the same as the single unit pedal....ie. is the OD the same as the Plexitone???? :32:

Nopes it is not like any other CM od!
All the units are different form the old ones.
Right down to the delay.

So, it's not like a combined DeLayla, Hot Drive'n Boost, Comp/Limiter, & Trem?

What is the OD based off of or can you describe it?

Well not quite.
No Delayla, this echo is different, still vintagy, the od is using a different kind of clipcircuit, expect to see more of that in the future, depending on amps and such it will simply follow and enhance the existing sound, it is fat and it not particular to what amp that is being used, have no accented frequencies either.
Thomas and me have been using that thing for a long time now, and it seems to be quite limitless to what applications we use it for.
I went through 4-5 designs before using the one it has now.
Over 300 units gone in a year, and it is not that it is very cheap either
So I think we made a good one here.
It will soon be replaced by a chorus equipped version instead, the trem will be gone, actually those that are out now are the last of them!

Looks like a GREAT 1-stop shopping kind of pedal.

Not cheap, but most good effects aren't.

BTW Why change from Trem to Chorus?
