What's a good delay to make your high gain solos soar and smooth and make you seem fast, like that Journey song, "Send her my love!~~~"?

haha. anyways i have a maxon ad999 that could do it but its sensitive, dreamy and classic sounding.

Schon ain't no slouch. However, any delay should do that effect if you can keep your timing steady with the repeats.

Hands down Strymon el Capistan, Best Delay iv ever owned for high gain. With the Mix knob you can dial it in not to over lap and sit perfectly behind your solos.

If you want to nail it get a Gibson TGE-05 Echoplex

i am thinking about getting the Alter Ego. It has the vintage tones but also it has Tone Print? Can you load Flashback tones on it?
