Some blues ramblings on a JV Stat (Tex-Mex pickups)

Here's a little bit I did to show some online buds some of the different sounds available on my Jimmie Vaughn Strat. It's totally stock, except for the aged white accessory kit. I really like the Tex-Mex pickups, have no urge to change them out at this point.

I ran the JV into a Savage Macht 6, used a tiny touch of my Blackstone OD pedal. Switched through all the pickup positions during the piece, started with the neck/mid combo, then neck, then mid, then mid/bridge, then bridge alone.

The progression is kind of slow and it's not a std 12-bar so I kept getting lost. Forgive my misdirections

Your phrasing is so open and natural. You have a great sense of space as a player. Very cool!!
