Some cool new offerings from Mooer

I happened to check the Mooer page today and saw that they have some cool new pedals coming out. First, they are making a tuner in the same housing as their other pedals. I'm hoping the price point will be lower than the Polytune Mini.

Next up the are making a modulation modeler, in a micro footprint. If the price is low enough and the sound even halfway decent, I don't see any reason NOT to buy it (unless you already have all your modulation needs covered or turn your nose up at budget gear). I'll most likely be picking one up as soon as they show up on Amazon.

Lastly they are making a new line of pedals called "Spark." They are small and square. I know I've seen pedals like these before, but they still look pretty cool.

I'd definitely like a look at the Modulation Modeller and the Tuner is a no-brainer for small or cramped pedalboards.

The modulation modeller was really decent. I mean, none of the effects really blew me away but if you just need them now and again for a certain song in your set or just messing around at home they sound pretty good. Take this with a grain of salt though because I'm not really a huge fan of most modulation effects and I'm a little bit of a phaser snob, so your mileage may vary. I'm still overall super impressed with the quality and tone of these pedals, I really think they are the best 'budget' pedal line released in my guitar playing lifetime.

That's pretty much how I was planning on using it. I don't use a lot of modulation, but it'd be cool to be able to use a flanger or phaser for a song here or there. I've always toyed with the idea of getting a Line 6 MM4, but never wanted to dedicate that much board space to something I wouldn't use much.

I use the bit crusher. I use a bit-crushed squelchy distortion sound in some parts and I really wanted to be able to take it to the stage without spending $300+ on the offerings that came before the mooer.
