Something from last weekend

Yes, I do play in a band, no we have not won a Grammy. Still, we play on. This is our latest take on our drummer Chris Grund's song "Astral Conflagration". I'm playing a modified Johnson 4-string into a Firebass head with a Peavey 31 band eq through the loop. The Guitar is a Shecter Baritone Blackjack tuned to D with a Doublethick Ceramic JB (Distortion some say) in the bridge, through a Carvin XV212 5/8's stack with Keeley effects in front. The drummer was playing with a brand new set of factory second hickory sticks (a 5b I think).

700 Watt Peavey with a 31 band Peavey eq in the effects loop, going into a Hartke Aluminum cone 4x10" and a Crate 2x 15". The bass is a modified Johnson P/J with a Duncan qp in the neck into a Keeley 4 knob compressor. Turned up to 4. It's right on the edge of "too much".
